Products may be returned for credit within 60 days of shipping only under the following conditions:

• Products must be new, in sellable condition, and in original unopened packaging;
• Custom products may not be returned;
• Returned products must be accompanies with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and note explaining the reason for the return. Contact RMO Customer Service to acquire your RMA number.
• Returned products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
