The Multi-Action Mandibular Appliance (MAMA) by RMO® gives you all of the benefits of a quad helix in the mandibular arch while making room for the tongue. The dual posterior posts easily fit into the Wilson® Lingual Tubes for easy insertion and removal for chairside adjustments by the office. The dual diamond activators allow for all of the necessary movements without the need for fixed buccal appliances.
